By using Toolkit you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Free tier

Free tools are provided as-is. Reasonable daily limits apply (5 operations/day, 10MB per file). Limits may change with notice.

3. Pro & Team subscriptions

Billed monthly or yearly via Stripe / Lemon Squeezy.
Auto-renews until cancelled.
Cancel anytime from account settings — access continues until end of billing period.
14-day money-back guarantee on first purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Toolkit to process illegal content, attempt to disrupt the service, or abuse the API beyond reasonable rate limits.

5. Disclaimer

Toolkit is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any data loss or damage arising from use of the service. Always keep backups of important files.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email (Pro users) or on the homepage.
