1. Our commitment

Toolkit is built around one principle: your files belong to you. Most of our tools run entirely inside your web browser. Files you process with free tools are never sent to our servers.

2. What runs locally vs. in the cloud

Free tools (PDF compress, merge, split, image-to-PDF, image batch, IELTS sheet, flashcards): 100% client-side JavaScript + WebAssembly. Files never leave your device.
Pro features (batch processing above 50 files, API access, cloud history): uploaded to our servers temporarily for processing, then automatically deleted within 1 hour.

3. Information we collect

Anonymous analytics: page views and tool usage aggregated via Plausible (no cookies, no personal data).
Account info (Pro only): email address for login and billing.
Billing info: handled entirely by Stripe / Lemon Squeezy. We never see your card number.

4. Cookies

We use only first-party localStorage for your session and language preference. No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking.

5. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of all your data at any time by emailing privacy@toolkit.app. We respond within 7 days.
